Day 1..

I've just finished the first day of my 5 day training plan for the 10km run on saturday. I ran 4 km this morning before work and played an hour of 5-a-side this evening. Tommorrow I'm due at salthill at 6 again If you don't see a pic from teh prom tommorow That means I didn't drag myself out of bed and FAILED on day

on the other hand if there is a pic then go me ...
